Oregon: Homeless Students

Lincoln County is a beautiful coastal county in Oregon with beautiful beaches, State campgrounds, coves where you can see whales most of the year, lots of tourist oriented amenities good coffee, and declining resource industries. A lot of people appear to have been left behind.
