Sperm buyers in Brazil, which is more than 50% black or mixed-race, have an overwhelming preference for white, blue eyed donors. These preferences are worldwide. One quarter of the total sperm imported by Brazil comes from the Seattle Sperm Bank, from white, blue-eyed donors.
